ORDER:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that without notice to him, the domestic tap connection provided to his house is converted for commercial purpose. Mr.T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Hyderabad Metro Water Services and Sewerage Board appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the Chief General Manager of the Board is the competent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner and that the said officer will take an appropriate decision thereon.

In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the Chief General Manager and within one month from the date of receipt of such representation, the latter shall issue notice to the petitioner, take a decision on his request for re-conversion and communicate the same to him. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.50122 of 2015 filed by the
