No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would submit that the charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.354 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
