wp_2170_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not implementing the orders of the Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A.No. 6171 of 2014 dated 02-07-2015 and keeping the orders in cold storage under the guise of removing the jurisdiction of the Government employees of Telangana State from the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to implement the orders of the Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A.No. 6171 of 2014, dated 02-07-2015 with all consequential benefits and pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.
Learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) submitted that in compliance of various interim orders passed in this Writ Petition, respondent No.s 1 and 2 have complied with the aforementioned order of the Tribunal by remitting gratuity amount to the account of the petitioner. He has placed before us Letter in Rc.No. 653/2014-A2 (TS), Dated 21-08-2017 addressed to him by the Director of Sericulture (FAC), Hyderabad, along with proof of crediting of the gratuity amount to the petitioner's account. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with the aforementioned action of the respondents, the order of the Tribunal stood complied with. 3.
The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous. 4.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos. 2523 and 29105 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
