THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.4614 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District in File No.D5/3348/2006, dated 11.12.2006, as illegal.

It is contended that the official respondents have not furnished the required documents in the orders passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shabad in File No.ROR/354/89, dated 18.09.1991 and file No.B/4029/97, dated 11.12.1997 and the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District while setting aside the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevealla Division in Case No.D5/3348/2006, dated 11.12.2006, remanded the matter to the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shabad for passing fresh orders. 3.

Heard.

The learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the un-official respondents and also the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, consented for disposal of the writ petition, directing both the parties to appear before the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shabad and produce evidence in support of their claims and the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shabad shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that the Manda Revenue Officer, Shabad shall maintain transparency while dealing with the matter and also provide parties the required documents as per procedure if applied.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
