No representation for petitioner on 13-06-2017 and the matter was passed over for the day and taken up today. Even today, there is no representation or any accommodation is sought for. The petitioner complains inaction against the respondents in considering and disposing of representation dated 20-12-2012. The petitioner prays for issuing pattadar passbook basing on Receipt dated 17-04-1999.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, after perusing the Receipt dated 17-04-1999 contends that the agreement of sale is not registered under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

After perusing the material and the objection raised by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no case is made out against inaction complained in the writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
