HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 9785 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent not to permit any retail outlet under its dealership to 4th respondent or anyone at Vundrajavaram village & Mandal, West Godavari District.

The writ petition was admitted on 01.05.2007. Today, when the matter came for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent was already allotted a retail outlet and he is running the same and hence no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Basing on the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
