THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.490 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 in Cr.No.779 of 2014 on the file of Sarrornagar police station, Cyberabad.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer referred the matter as civil in nature.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
