This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not reinstating the petitioner and keeping the petitioner under suspension vide impugned suspension order No.01/114(02)/15-RCPM dated 23.03.2015 though the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 20.05.2015 as per the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.11892 of 2015 dated 27.04.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and the same is liable to be set aside and consequently to direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner as conductor at Ramachandrapuram Depot.
2. Heard the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/A.P.S.R.T.C.
3. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the enquiry has been completed, a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner and the reply has also been received yesterday.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass final orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed.
