HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.13407 of 2014 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the admission stage.

Having regard to the fact that nature of allegations made against the petitioners/A2 to A5 show a prima facie case, it is not a fit case to order quashment of proceedings. Hence, investigation shall continue. However, having regard to the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners 1, 3 and 4/A2, A4 and A5 are women and petitioners 2 and 3/A3 and A4 are uncle and aunt of A.1 and residing at Chennai and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence, the police of Miyapur PS are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A2 to A5 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A2 to A5 are directed to co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

The Criminal Petition is ordered accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
