Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 & 2, Smt R.Padma Rekha, Standing Counsel for respondents & 4, and Sri G.Narender Reddy, Standing Counsel for 5th respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that the services of the petitioner have been terminated by the 4th respondent by proceedings No.W7/4599/2014, dt.29.10.2015 and though the petitioner had preferred an appeal to the 3rd respondent on 26.11.2015, the said appeal has not been disposed of. Petitioner therefore seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said appeal. 3.

Smt R.Padma Rekha, Standing counsel for respondents 3 and 4 states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal dt.26.11.2015 filed by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
