As there was no representation for the Appellant on the last occasion i.e., on 16.06.2017, this Court directed to post the matter today 'for dismissal'. Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the Appellant.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
