THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.31259 OF 2017

O R D E R

Questioning the qualification prescribed by the 2nd respondent - Telangana State Public Service Commission, for the post of Art Teachers in Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Societies' vide notification No.17/2017, the present writ petition came to be filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

From the submissions of the learned counsel it could be seen that the petitioners having participated in the examination and apprehending that they may not fare well in the examination, turned round and filed the writ petition as an after thought.

It is settled proposition of law, that having participated in the examination, the petitioners are not entitled to question the notification. Hence the writ petition is devoid of any merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. -------------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:18-09-2017 AVS
