THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5665 of 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 13.11.2015 in I.A.No.1388 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.5 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District. The petitioner filed I.A.No.1388 of 2015 under Order XXVI Rule 9 read with Section 151 CPC seeking to appoint an advocate commissioner pending disposal of the C.M.A.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel with one voice submitted that C.M.A.No.5 of 2007 was disposed of on 22.04.2016. In view of disposal of C.M.A., the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 17th February, 2017.
