Smt. K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, since the transfer order dated 18.10.2016 issued by the respondents, which is impugned in this writ petition, has now been cancelled by order No.147/2016, dated 04.11.2016. 2.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open for the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent authorities to retain him in Hyderabad and, if any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents may consider the same in accordance with law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
