Sri K.Hari Kishan, leaned counsel representing the counsel on record Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 06.01.2016 addressed to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to which a letter dated 16.11.2015 addressed by the petitioner is enclosed. In view of the above letter, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. .
