THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.27697 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining the inaction on the part of the respondent-authorities in considering the application of the petitioner for grant of permission for construction of house in the Plot situated in Sy.No.675/A, Markendaya Colony, Godavari Khani. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for Ramagundam Municipal Corporation had placed on record a copy of the rejection order which has been made on the earlier application submitted by the petitioner setting out certain grounds. On going through the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to make a fresh application by complying with all formalities including the payment of the requisite fees and enclosing all the necessary documents which may be required in accordance with the Rules.

It is needless to mention that the petitioner would be entitled to make a fresh application which is required to be considered by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law, regulations and the existing rules. As and when such application is submitted, the same shall be disposed of as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the application and communicate the decision with respect to whether the permission can be granted or not.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
