This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.12 of 2019 of Pulkal Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(II), 201 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioners/ A.1 & A.2, along with the other accused in this case, hatched a plan to cause murder of the deceasedBanoth Subash and tried to screen the evidence. The names of the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2 are found in the First Information Report. The manner in which the subject death of the deceased was caused on the intervening night of 07/ 08.02.2019 is also incorporated in the First Information Report. The witnesses examined by the investigating officer have also deposed against the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2. The punishment prescribed for the alleged offences may extend to imprisonment for life or death. The gravity of offences is high. Investigation is in progress. It is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2 under Section 439 of IPC.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
