On the last occasion, none appeared for the petitioner, and on the other hand, Sri VLV Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the 1st Respondent, represented that the matter has been settled out of the Court and therefore nothing survives to be adjudicated. However, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the Revision Petitioner. In that view of the matter, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
