HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C. No. 272 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 18.01.2018 in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 1111 of 2018 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of Memo No.136/ Rectt-I/ 4/ 2018, dated 22.02.2018 issued by the Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission, Hyderabad (for short " T.S.P.S.C." ) and submits that by virtue of this Memo, the order dated 18.01.2018 in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 1111 of 2018 passed by this Court has been complied with, and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The Memo dated 22.02.2018 issued by the Secretary, T.S.P.S.C. is placed on record.

In view of above submission, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
