The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 25.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.536 of 2015 in O.S.No.181 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.181 of 2009 was decreed partly on 03.08.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
