HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1453 of 2013 ORDER:

The defacto complainant-Sri Kodumula Ravi Kumar, is present and identified by his Counsel Sri D.Kanaka Sundar. Smt.Karikonda Rajeswari (A.1) and Sri Venkata Chalapathi Naidu (A.2) are present and are identified by their Counsel Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava.

It is seen that as per order dt.20.07.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.11058 of 2016, this Court has accorded permission to the parties to compound the offences in C.C.No.307 of 2012 which is now pending on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole. Pursuant to the said order, today the parties are present. On physical examination, the defacto complainant-Sri K. Ravi Kumar, submitted that the matter is a family dispute between him and the accused in respect of the custody of his minor daughter-Sai Mounisha, which they amicably settled out of Court and therefore, he has no objection for quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.307 of 2012 against the accused.

Today on the direction of the Court, the minor girlSai Mounisha is also brought before the Court. She submits that she is now residing in the house of accused

and studying Intermediate Second Year (M.Pc). In view of the above submission and having regard to the fact that permission was already accorded in Crl.M.P.No.11058 of 2016, this petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.307 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole are quashed against the accused in the interest of justice.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
