THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25364 of 2003 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not appointing petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and void.

2. The advocate for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted interim direction on 04.12.2003 and in pursuance of the same, respondent provided job to the petitioner on compassionate grounds and thus, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Considering the submissions of the advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 04.12.2003 passed by this Court in this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
