This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing stay order on the petitioner's stay petition filed in appeal dated 21.01.2016 filed against the cancellation orders issued by 3rd respondent by proceedings dated 12.01.2016 in Rc.No.F/3146/2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her fair price shop authorization was cancelled on 12.01.2016 and petitioner preferred appeal against the same before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition on 21.01.2016. When the 2nd respondent failed to pass orders in the appeal, this present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

4. Since it is stated that statutory appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, I deem it proper to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. _______________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 13.04.2016.
