HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 21820 of 2002 O R D E R:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. It is noticed from the record that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the relief sought for by the petitioner is to direct the respondents to continue him in the existing promotional post of Junior Accounts Officer. At this point of time, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
