THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26277 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.36278 of 2016 dated 27.10.2016. A copy of the said order is also placed on record. Following the above said order, and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the third respondent to release the subject vehicle for interim custody of the petitioner on his furnishing Fixed Deposit Receipt for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) to the satisfaction of the third respondent, subject to final orders to be passed at the time of disposal of crime, and also on production of original R.C. book. The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit before the third respondent undertaking that he shall not alienate the vehicle, shall not change the physical features of the same till the disposal of the crime, and further he shall produce the vehicle as and when required. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
