THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13008 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to I.D.No.146 of 2000 dated 3-7-2003 passed by the first respondent and published in G.O.Rt.No.1381 dated 5-9-2003 and quash the same.

2. This writ petition against the second respondent was dismissed in view of non-compliance of the order passed by this court on 29.12.2010. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the petitioner-company was liquidated on 29.2.2000. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, closing of this writ petition does not preclude the second respondent to approach the Official Liquidator appointed to the petitioner-company and work out his remedies. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
