HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.4456 OF 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Ch. Janardhan Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.7, has informed the Court that the petitioner is challenging the suspension orders in the present writ petition and during pendency of this writ petition, disciplinary proceedings have been concluded and the petitioner was removed from service vide orders dated 23.06.2003 and challenging the said orders of removal, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.16716 of 2003 and the same is pending before this Court. In view of the above submissions of Standing Counsel, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
