Heard both sides.

Though there is some force in the contention of the counsel for revision petitioner with reference to the property revision register, once there are concurrent findings, this Court is not in a position to sit against that too it is a suit of 2014 riped for trial, with a direction to the trial court for early disposal preferably within four months with observation that the observations in granting the injunction petition by the lower court, confirmed in the lower appellate court, no way influence the mind of the trial court in deciding the suit on own merits.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
