O R D E R
Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representations of the petitioner, the latest being 02.02.2020, for issuance of new pattadar pass books, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make application through On-Line or approach the office of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, with necessary documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made representation to the 3rd respondent with necessary documents, but the 3rd respondent has not considered the same, and in the material papers, petitioner filed a copy of the representation dated 02.02.2020 acknowledged by the office of the 3rd respondent.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2020 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
