HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.1557 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.291 of 2013 pending on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad from the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant entity for the offences punishable under Section 427, 448 and 506 read with 34 IPC from the police final report outcome of Cr.No.116 of 2012 dt.24.06.2012, it is represented that final proceedings of the Lok Adalath settlement, dt.05.08.2017 in O.S.No.87 of 2006 on the file of the XII Addl.Chief Judge of the settlement including the present case C.C.No.291 of 2013 by incorporation handwritten at para-7 in page-3 of the terms of compromise to withdraw.

Now the defacto-complainant represented by its Executive Director, B.Praveena duly signed addressed a letter to the counsel for the 2nd respondent confirming the said compromise. Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.291 of 2013 pending on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in view of the compromise arrived in the civil matter including of this criminal case referred supra. The accused are acquitted. The bail bonds of the accused shall stand closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
