HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO W.P. No. 23735 of 2006 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed assailing the order dated 07.11.2006 in M.A.No. 3308 of 2006 in O.A.S.R.No. 13702 of 2006 passed by the Tribunal, whereby the application filed by the petitioner, was dismissed.

We note, the petitioner filed an application i.e. M.A.No. 3308 of 2006 seeking condonation of delay of two years and one month in filing O.A.S.R. No. 13702 of 2006. We further note that the petitioner gave explanation for the delay neither before the Tribunal nor before this Court. Hence, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
