This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 17.07.2017 in I.A.No.145 of 2017 in O.S.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Sighout, Kadapa District. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 15.09.2017, 06.10.2017, 27.10.2017 and 24.11.2017. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
