This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to declare the 4th respondent Bank are governed by provisions of Act 4 of 2014 by raising the age of retirement from 58 to 60 years and consequentially direct the respondent bank to continue the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits till the petitioner attains the age of 60 years of service as per the G.O.Ms.No.147, Finance (HRM-IV) Dept., dated 30.06.2014..."

2. Now it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the fifth respondent that the petitioner retired from service and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and it has become infructuous.
