HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4792 of 2020 ORDER :

As rightly pointed out by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the petitioners have alternative remedy of revision under Section 91 of Telangana Area Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file revision.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file revision against the impugned orders. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
