In view of the proceedings of JNTU issued on 22.06.2017, rejecting the permission sought by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
