O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapalli, Peddapalli District, in Appeal No.B2/1603/2018 dated 15.02.2020, petitioner has alternative remedy of revision under Section 9 of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and hence liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, within a period of two weeks from today, and till then, status quo obtained as on today with regard to entries in revenue records, shall be maintained. In case of default in filing the revision within the said two weeks, the status quo order stands vacated.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
