Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Civil Revision Petition and seeks extension of time to deposit the amount as per the impugned order till the end of April, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for extending the time as prayed.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as not pressed. Time to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) in the account of the suit is extended till the end of April, 2015. Rest of the impugned order remains unaltered. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
