CVNR, J & GSP, J C.R.P.No.586 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the docket order, dated 04.10.2013, in O.P.No.2090 of 2013, of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, directing registration of the said O.P. after condoning the delay in paying the deficit Court fee.

Mr.Koka Raghava Rao, learned senior counsel representing Mr.M.Sateesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that since the O.P. has already been registered, his client may be permitted to participate in the proceedings, by raising all the objections available to her in law, including the objections raised in this C.R.P. for registration of the O.P. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 did not oppose this request. 3.

In view of the above facts, without adjudicating on the validity or otherwise of the order under appeal, the Court below is directed to dispose of the O.P. finally, by permitting the petitioner to raise all legally permissible objections, both on merits as well as on the registration of the O.P., within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order, dated 04.06.2014, in C.R.P.M.P.No.788 of is vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.788 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
