Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 07.02.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint of the petitioner herein, after conducting preliminary enquiry into the matter, a case in Crime No.22 of 2018 under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. was registered on the file of II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District on 06.02.2018 and the investigation is taken up.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
