This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order and decree dated 24.10.2013 in I.A.No.540 of 2013 in I.A.No.51 of 2010 in O.S.No.2152 of 2003 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
