After mal:ing initial submissions, on this Court pointing out an order passed by this Court in CRP (SR) No.42495 of 2022 and CRP No.2O36 of 2022 dated 31.03.2023, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies available to him in law.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
