Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for the Civil Supplies for the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings dated 27.12.2014 suspending the authorization of the father of the petitioner of the fair price shop No.13 of Ward No.7 of Adoni Town, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. The authorisation of the petitioner's father was suspended by order dated 27.12.20145 by the 3rd respondent on the ground that he indulged in malpractice of seeding bogus/inactive bogus cards while implementing scheme of Aadhar seeding of ration cards. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner wanted to challenge the said order, but unfortunately, he died. After his death, the petitioner filed an application before the respondentauthorities to consider his case for appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014. The said application is pending with the authorities. The apprehension of the petitioner is that as the authorisation of his father was suspended, his name may not be considered for appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds in view of the said order of suspension.

4. This Court in a batch of writ petitions i.e., WP No.1008 of 2015 & batch set aside the suspension orders and allowed the writ petitions on similar grounds.

5. Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner seeking appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014 and also as per the common order passed by this Court in WP No.1008 of 2015 & batch.
