Heard and perused the material available on record. The only grievance of the petitioner is that he was allotted Shop No.1 in Husnabad Bus Station, Siddipet by TSRTC for conducting the business of Pan, Bakery and Popcorn for a period of five years and accordingly Deed of License was granted on 11.03.2018. Later, it came to the notice of the petitioner that some other shop owners like Shot Nos.2 and 6 are also conducting the same business in addition to sweets and Khara, due to which the sales of the petitioner was effected. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner represented before the 3rd respondent on 15.05.2018, 18.06.2018 and on 27.06.2018 to the 2nd respondent, but no steps were taken.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that it would be just and proper to dispose of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to look into the contentions made in the representation of the petitioner and after hearing all concerned, decide the representation as per law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
