Pushyam Kiran, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that this writ appeal is filed against the interlocutory order dated 24.3.2009 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 7543 of 2009 in Writ Petition No. 23496 of 2008. He submits that during the pendency of this appeal, the writ petition itself has been disposed of and therefore the appeal has rendered infructuous.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No costs.
