HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.4538 of 2019 ORDER:

The Petitioners claim to be the owners of the properties of an extent of Ac.5.00 gts in Sy. No.190/19 and Ac.5.00 gts in Sy. No.190/28 of Chandanavelli village, Shabad Mandal, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District, respectively. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that a Notification was published in the newspapers vide G1/92/2018 dt.14-01-2018 under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and their names are not being shown therein. The petitioners also submit that they had also made claim petitions separately before the 2nd respondent-District Collector on 04-02-2019, but no action has been taken by them till now. Hence, they are apprehending that their claims would not be considered by the Land Acquisition Officer.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondents, had produced the record relating to the acquisition of Ac.1150-39 gts which was proposed from Chandanvally village of Shabad Mandal for the purpose of the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructural Corporation. In the statement filed in Form-C notification dt.26-01-2019, the petitioners

CKR,J W.P.No.4538 of 2019 1 and 2 names are found at Sl. No.61 and 62 for an extent of Ac.1.30 gts each.

In those circumstances, the apprehension of the petitioners is not founded on factual data. In such a situation, since petitioners' names already stand reflected and they have already filed objections, the same may be considered by the Land Acquisition Officer while making the award as admittedly, as on date, no award has been made.

Subject to the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
