HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Contempt Case No.1743 of 2016 Judgment: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The present contempt petition is filed on the allegation that an interim order passed by the Bench on 10-9-2015 stands violated.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The interim order was an injunction restraining the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner. But even according to the petitioner, as seen from para 4 of the Affidavit in support of this contempt petition, he was dispossessed from the crop year 2012-13 onwards.

Therefore, on the date on which the interim order was passed by this Court, the petitioner was not in possession. Hence, no contempt arises. Therefore, it is dismissed. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. No costs.
