HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.18141 OF 2008 ORDER:

When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the sole petitioner in this writ petition died during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same may be closed, with a liberty to her legal representatives to agitate any issues relating to the subject matter of the writ petition as per law.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as abated with the liberty as sought for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
