The petitioner prays for the following relief: ...this Hon'ble Court to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in completing the investigation and filing final report in Crime No.30 of 2008 dated 23-1-2008 on the file of Nunna P.S., Vijayawada Rural, which was registered upon the order dated 31-12-2007 of First Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada under SEction 156(3) of Cr.P.C is arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of mandatory duties under the provisions of Cr.P.C and consequently direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation forthwith and pass...." The learned Government Pleader by placing on record the written instructions submits that the police filed final report in Cr.No.30 of 2008 in the Court of I-Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City.
