Sri J.C. Francis, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represents that the petitioners have taken away the brief from him long back and he has no instructions in the matter.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present case of the petitioners is based upon the orders dated 05/2/2007 passed by this Court in WP.No. 18670 of 2006 which is said to have been dismissed.

3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
