This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 307 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject case is committed to the Court of Sessions and it is numbered.

If there is no material against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 to substantiate the offences alleged, they can seek discharge in accordance with the provisions established under law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
